The biggest question people have is, “Can I afford orthodontic treatment?” It is our goal to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer several payment options, so you can choose what will work best for your family.

  • Full payment at the beginning of treatment, with a 3% bookkeeping discount
  • In-office, interest-free financing with an initial payment and monthly payments spread out over the course of treatment
  • Third-party financing through CareCredit with no initial payment, fixed monthly payments and low interest rates (for more information visit www.carecredit.com)
  • A customized plan to meet your needs

The most popular plan is our in-office, no interest financing. This hassle free plan allows your monthly payments to come out automatically from your checking, savings, or credit card account over the course of treatment, so you don’t have to worry about mailing in payments or late fees.

About a third of our patients have employer furnished dental insurance with an orthodontic benefit. These plans vary widely, so bring in your insurance card and we will contact your insurance company for you and verify your exact benefit. For your convenience we will file your insurance claims for you electronically. The better insurance programs typically pay 20-30% of the cost of orthodontic care.

Some employers offer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for health care expenses. These accounts allow you to save for approved expenses by automatic withdrawal from your wages without any taxes being deducted. FSA when available may save you 15-30% of your out of pocket expenses. We are happy to help you with your FSA account calculations and filing.
